Delivery time

Orders are processed on business days, from Sunday to Saturday, during our business hours, except on federal holidays in Canada. Shipping is handled by Nationex unless otherwise specified. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days following shipment (up to 7 days during peak periods). For rural areas, it may vary from 7 to 10 business days following shipment. Please note that some delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

If no one is present at the delivery address, our carrier will leave your order at your door. If the carrier determines that it is not safe to do so, they will attempt a new delivery on the next business day.
