Shipping and delivery fees

Delivery time

Orders are processed on business days, from Sunday to Saturday, during business hours, excluding Canadian federal holidays.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Estimated delivery time:

2 to 5 business days after shipping (up to 7 days during peak periods).
For rural areas, delivery may take 7 to 10 business days after shipping.
Please note that some delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

In-Store Pickup

You have the option to pick up your order in-store. This way, you can avoid shipping and handling fees, and you can pick up your order at your convenience during store hours within 7 days of your online transaction.

You will receive a confirmation by email when your order is ready. To avoid unnecessary travel, we recommend that you do not come to the store before receiving your confirmation.

In order for a product to be reserved for pickup, the transaction must be completed and fully paid. The product will then be reserved for a maximum period of 7 days (unless otherwise agreed with our Customer Service).

If the order is not claimed after this period, our Customer Service will attempt to contact the customer. If we are unable to reach the customer, the total amount of the order will be refunded.

Curbside Pickup

Parking spaces are reserved for curbside pickup at the front of the store. Look for the signage, park your vehicle in one of the numbered spaces, dial the phone number indicated on the sign (581 872-5990), and provide your order confirmation number. A staff member will deliver your order to your car, contact-free.

Assorted Items

Some items are part of an assortment and it is not possible to choose the model or color online. Please note that these items will be shipped based on a random selection of color or model according to availability.

Oversized Items

Some items are subject to weight or size restrictions imposed by our carriers. As they require additional handling, they are not eligible for free shipping. These items are marked as “In-store pickup only.”

However, delivery is possible for an additional fee. To find out the applicable delivery charges, please contact our Customer Service team.

Order Modification

Orders cannot be modified or canceled online. To modify or cancel an order, you must contact our Customer Service.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product price plus applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Delivery Attempts Failed or Item Not Picked Up at the Local Post Office within the Required Timeframe
  • Recipient Refusal

If there is no tracking information or if you are unable to locate the package and it has not been returned as undeliverable, please contact our Customer Service.
