Do you love talking with marshmallows in your mouth? So welcome to ''CASQUE CHÈQUE CHAT?'' an explosive and fun party game, in which you guess or have expressions guessed with words that have nothing to do with it, but sound almost the same... (Well not quite!)
In Casque Chèque Chat? (''what is that?'') , players must indeed make guess expressions, movie titles, songs, etc. using a distinct... but approachable phonetics. To play, the players are divided into two teams, each team divides itself into two groups. In each new round, two groups will be the guessers, the other two will be the givers of clues. Once the expression has been chosen, clue givers place ''hmmm'' tiles in the center of the table to indicate word count and phonetic syllables per word. This will allow the guyers to find their way in what they have to guess. The clue givers must then find and write clues on slates, placed opposite the tiles ''hmmm''. The idea is to find existing words that have nothing to do with spelling or meaning, with the expression to be guessed. If you find the correct answer and your Clue Giver has placed a slate along the tiles Hmmm (i.e. : if you find the answer without only your opponents giving clues), then your team scores the point. Otherwise, the round will be declared a draw. Well yes, you still don’t think you’re getting all the glory when the others did all the work!
