Open The Joy’s Anxiety Management Kit is a complete set filled with strategies, resources, and activities designed to help kids identify and manage anxious thoughts—and replace them with positive ones. The kit guides children through five simple steps: catch negative thoughts, check negative thoughts, change or replace negative thoughts, practice positive thinking, and spread positivity to others.
Each step is paired with a fun hands-on activity, including a buildable project, clay “anxious animals” craft, origami projects, a self-reflection notepad, and confidence-boosting cards featuring positive affirmations, behavior-building activities, and reflection questions to promote self-esteem.
This kit turns complex concepts into easy-to-understand activities that help children absorb and internalize emotional learning. Activities can be completed with a parent or trusted adult at first, then used independently as the child gains confidence.
