Open The Joy’s Anger Management Cards include 55 activities designed to help children calm both their bodies and minds. Explore no fewer than six targeted sections that guide kids to manage anger with ease and confidence: Release Your Energy, Calm Your Body, Calm Your Mind, Take a Break, Control Your Breathing, and Check In Tools. Each section offers breathing techniques, grounding methods, or relaxation exercises — many of which can be adapted for group settings — to help children understand their emotions and learn what to do when they’re feeling angry. This card deck features simple instructions paired with illustrated examples to make it easy for kids of all ages to understand. Initially, an adult can help guide the child through the activities, but over time, the child can use the cards more independently to become familiar with the techniques and choose their favorites.
